We are looking for a Full-Time community focused Dispensary Technicians with customer care at heart. With community and patient care at the centre of who we are, we are looking for customer focused and service-oriented Dispensary Technicians to join our growing and well-loved family business.  

 

In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for: 

  • Assisting customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries 
  • Assisting Pharmacists in dispensing medications 
  • Counselling customers about medication under supervision  
  • Dispensary stock management and replenishment 
  • Updating customer files and other administrative tasks 

Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills

If you are passionate and possess the following, then we would love to hear from you! 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in working in a dispensary
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Strong team player
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy 

 

Certifications

Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

Physical Requirements

Repeat the same movements
Stand for long periods of time
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
