Job Description

💫 What you’ll do:
You’ll take the lead in running the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile and that our store runs like a dream.

No two days are the same! You’ll keep our store buzzing by:

Running the show day-to-day and keeping things smooth
Leading and inspiring our amazing retail team 👏
Creating connections that turn customers into regulars ❤️
Streamlining processes so everything just flows
Solving little hiccups — whether it’s a staffing snag or stock surprise 🧩
Making sure everyone stays safe, happy, and following the rules ✅
