The Role
As a pharmacist in our ePharmacy Call Centre, you’ll support our online customers by providing expert medication advice and professional service — all without the need for face-to-face interaction. You’ll work in a team of like-minded pharmacists, committed to accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound calls and emails relating to:
- Prescription medications, dosages, side effects and interactions
- Stock availability and general order queries
- Supporting customers in navigating our website and online ordering process
- Assisting with prescription verification and resolving medication-related queries
- Participating in drug access programs, including:
- Counselling
- Patient contact
- Pharmacovigilance reporting (training provided)
- Communicating clearly and empathetically to support customer needs
- Ensuring high standards of compliance and service across all interactions
