The Role

As a pharmacist in our ePharmacy Call Centre, you’ll support our online customers by providing expert medication advice and professional service — all without the need for face-to-face interaction. You’ll work in a team of like-minded pharmacists, committed to accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails relating to:
    • Prescription medications, dosages, side effects and interactions
    • Stock availability and general order queries
  • Supporting customers in navigating our website and online ordering process
  • Assisting with prescription verification and resolving medication-related queries
  • Participating in drug access programs, including:
    • Counselling
    • Patient contact
    • Pharmacovigilance reporting (training provided)
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically to support customer needs
  • Ensuring high standards of compliance and service across all interactions
