The primary role of the Retail Coordinator is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:

Job Responsibilities

Assisting with customer queries
Coordinating staff recruitment
Coordinating staff training and development activities
Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture

Ability to manange underpreforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
