The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse Richmond is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Invoicer!

Job Responsibilities

Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
Processing invoices & credits
Liaising with supplier and head office
Help unload vehicles, opening packages and removing contents
Operating computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock
Labelling goods with details of storage location
Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels

Skills

Have some prior experience with Invoicing/ Inwards goods and/or Inventory
Excellent customer service and communication skills - written, verbal & email etiquette
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Strong proactive approach to deadlines and tasks with the ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
Eye for detail and accuracy, data entry and client/supplier care
Previous experience within a retail pharmacy is desirable
Knowledge of pharmacy products and vitamins (not essential)

Repeat the same movements

Stand for long periods of time

Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
