Role responsibilities
The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are:
▪ End to end design of experiences across our online channels
▪ Research and customer testing including setup and monitoring of feedback loops
▪ Ensure all work is conducted in line with the customer strategy and design systems
Reporting directly to the Lead UX Designer, the incumbent will need to ensure all responsibilities are completed successfully and delivered

Functional responsibilities
• UX: Understand and map out user journeys across various touchpoints, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
• Design Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
• Prototyping: Develop prototypes for testing and iteration, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
• User Testing: Organise and conduct user testing sessions, synthesizing feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience.
• Design Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for the user, ensuring that the final output aligns with user-centric principles.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in experience design and emerging technologies.
About you
▪Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
▪Familiar with design systems or worked within design systems
▪Experience with customer research, user testing and developing insights
▪Good working knowledge of Content Management systems and content model concepts
▪Creativity and attention to detail
▪Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask
▪Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make major decisions
