About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Person to support the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Warehouse on a casual basis. This role is responsible for accurate picking and packing of goods, managing deliveries through Australia Post and other courier services, and supporting internal teams with stock preparation for activations and major events. Based at the Support office in Preston, reporting to the Marketing Warehouse Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy.

Role Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process and manage outgoing parcels via Australia Post and other courier services
  • Ensure all deliveries are correctly labelled, documented, and dispatched on time
  • Receive, sort, and organise incoming stock in the warehouse
  • Help with stock takes, counting stock and keeping inventory accurate
  • Support various departments in preparing stock and materials for activations and large-scale events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including washing and maintaining company vehicles

About You

  • Experience working in a warehouse or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling orders and shipments
  • Good understanding of dispatch processes, including Australia Post or courier systems
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
