About The Role
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Store person to support the daily operations of our warehouse and office. Reporting to the Office & Marketing Support Team Leader, this role is critical in ensuring stock, deliveries, and office support tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily warehouse functions including pick, pack, receiving, and despatch.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and basic system maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams including Owners, Media, Marketing, PR, Retail, SOS, Ultra Beauty, Community & Engagement, Buyers, and Events.
- Support general office maintenance such as ordering supplies, assisting with office moves, and completing basic handyman/odd jobs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles, including cars and the wellness truck.
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently (Forklift Licence required).
- Manage deliveries, including Australia Post and courier parcels, ensuring prompt distribution to staff or departments.
- Receive and check stock for events and activations, including the return of catalogue or event stock.
- Provide support in the staff shop with stock handling as required.
- Assist the Events team with the preparation and setup of charity and company events.
- Work flexibly, including occasional duties outside standard business hours when required.
- Support Directors and the wider business with tasks as needed.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and deliveries.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with different teams across the business.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or store person role preferred.
- Competent computer skills (Excel, email, basic system use).
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when required.
