Position Details

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a hands-on role that supports store setups, relays, relocations, and expansions. Reporting to the Store Setup & Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring these projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Store Setups, Relays, Expansions & Relocations

  • Assist in preparing and launching new stores by the designated opening date

  • Support the relay, expansion, and relocation of existing stores

  • Implement Planograms and Chemist Warehouse-approved merchandising standards

  • Help prepare and organise merchandising materials for upcoming store projects

  • Participate in the development and testing of new merchandising strategies

  • Provide support and training to store staff in line with Chemist Warehouse retail guidelines

 

General Duties

  • Carry out additional tasks or projects as directed by management

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

  • Foster a professional and respectful working environment

  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous merchandising or retail experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with Planogramming is highly regarded

  • Competence with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • A current and valid driver’s licence is required

  • Knowledge of Chemist Warehouse merchandising guidelines is beneficial but not essential

  • Comfortable lifting and moving stock as needed

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and systems
