About the role

This entry level role, reporting to the Catalogue Production Manager, is responsible for producing content for all Chemist Warehouse stores in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Including producing advertising material for stores such as script backers, Mailout Letters, Business Card and other Point of Sale items for new, relocating and rebranding stores in the network. You will liase with stakeholders such as, store owners, area managers, buyers, separate vendors and work closely with the design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for production of all Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Store script backers, New Zealand and Ireland Business Cards, Closing / Rebrand / Relocation Letters, distribution maps, dispense data clean-up for new, rebranded or relocating stores.
  • Collaborate with the LAM (Local Area Marketing) and Store Development Manager to provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Responsible for communicating Marketing package documents to owners of Chemist Warehouse and Ultra Beauty stores.
  • Oversee print production coordination to ensure accurate and on-schedule delivery of mateials.
  • Manage the production of all LAM assets by translating buyer input into design-ready formats.
  • Maintain and streamline updates from buyers, stakeholders, owners, and area managers for clarity and efficiency.
  • Monitor Store Development updates regarding job classifications and schedule changes to ensure artwork deadlines are met.
  • Advise store owners on advertising strategies tailored to their specific store needs and goals.
  • Ensure all designed content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
  • Upload, manage, and structure LAM and Store Development files in a well-organised system.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams—including buyers and stakeholders—to confirm approvals and finalise sign-offs.
