About the team

The Catalogue Production team plays an important role in supporting our stores across Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, working closely with Buying, Design, Store Development, Store Operations and other key stakeholders. The team brings together creativity, organisation and strong attention to detail to ensure marketing and store development materials are delivered accurately and on time.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Catalogue Production Manager, the LAM and Store Development Assistant will support the production and coordination of Local Area Marketing (LAM) and Store Development materials across the network. This includes advertising and promotional materials for new, relocating, rebranding and closing stores, as well as script backers, business cards, mailout letters, distribution maps and other point-of-sale materials.

You will work closely with store owners, Area Managers, Buyers, vendors and the Design team to coordinate artwork, copy, approvals and print production, ensuring everything is delivered to the required deadlines and in line with brand guidelines.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of LAM and Store Development marketing materials from brief through to final approval and print.
  • Prepare and organise buyer and stakeholder information so artwork can commence efficiently.
  • Maintain and coordinate copy changes from Buyers, Store Owners, Area Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor upcoming Store Development projects, including new, relocating, rebranding, change of ownership and closing stores.
  • Coordinate print production and liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Maintain the design booking schedule and communicate upcoming job requirements to the Design team.
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising materials meet relevant brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate marketing package information to relevant store owners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain LAM and Store Development databases, folders and relevant project information.
  • Assist with the production of Local Area Marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate relevant marketing material uploads and vendor requirements.
  • Maintain dispense data and assist with data clean-up for new, relocated and rebranded stores.
  • Coordinate bookings for promotional requirements such as rooftop balloons and liaise with external vendors.
  • Provide regular updates to the Catalogue Production Manager on work in progress and upcoming deadlines.
  • Communicate sign-off and approval of advertising, member letters and other marketing materials to relevant internal stakeholders.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a marketing, creative, production, administration or similar coordination role.
  • Basic knowledge of copywriting and graphic design, with a good eye for layout and presentation.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong general IT and computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine willingness to support the wider team.
  • A creative mindset and a practical, solutions-focused approach to getting things done.
  • An interest in the pharmacy, retail or marketing industry will be highly regarded.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
