About The Role

Our IT Enterprise Applications team is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

 

In this role you will provide hands-on project management and lead a small team of project managers and other delivery resources to fulfil the needs of the Enterprise Applications and IT Integration division. You will support team members in planning and executing complex projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple streams of work. A key part of this position is managing stakeholders and driving collaborative efforts while ensuring all solutions align with architecture, security, compliance and quality standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all project aspects including planning, resourcing, external vendor relationships, communications, budget, change, risks and issues.
  • Provide day to day leadership of the Enterprise Applications Project Delivery team including planning, monitoring, reporting, and coordinating team assignments and activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature IT and Organisational capabilities.
  • Plan, procure, assign and coordinate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.
  • Provide project and program status reporting for milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Set, negotiate and continually manage stakeholder expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members.
  • Ensure sufficient documentation is developed and maintained (scope, functional and technical designs, user guides, etc).
  • Plan for and effectuate seamless handover to IT and business operations at project completion.

About You

  • Significant planning & delivery experience within complex Enterprise-scale environments.
  • Solid understanding of corporate (finance, HR), retail and supply chain operations.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O, Warehouse Management & Commerce/Point-of-Sale).
  • Experience with SAP platforms (Finance, EWM, BTP Integrations & Success Factors) will be beneficial.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills across all levels and areas of the business.
  • Track record of successful delivery via Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches.
  • Effective management of program costs, including contractors, partners, licences etc.
  • Adept at working within EPMO project governance standards.
