Our team is currently looking for an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to proactively identify partnerships opportunities. This role is a 12-14 month fixed-term contract.
About the role
As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will proactively identify partnership opportunities to grow revenue across The House of Wellness platforms. In this leadership role, your responsibilities will include cultivating and nurturing relationships with media partners and key stakeholders to elevate the profile and visibility of The House of Wellness. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content reflects The House of Wellness tone of voice.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, secure and retain partnerships to meet The House of Wellness revenue targets.
- Manage and monitor media partnerships servicing, reporting, budgeting and renewals, delivery of contractual obligations and benefits to fulfil agreements and create mutually beneficial brand building opportunities.
- Lead and mentor two direct reports.
- Identify, develop, approach, secure and deliver partnerships in order to meet revenue targets.
- Manage P&L including accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Identify content opportunities that enhance the customer journey across all The House of Wellness touchpoints.
- Create high-quality content that engages, educates, and inspires our customers, building trust and long-term loyalty.
About You
- Previous experience in sales (or similar role) at a media publisher.
- Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
- Well-developed and thorough knowledge of content lifecycle, sales and relationship management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- A preparedness to take initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
- Hands on practical approach with an attention to detail and an ability to deliver real time practical solutions and outcomes.
- A mentoring / coaching style with the ability to transfer skills and knowledge in technical as well as everyday terms.
