The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team within Group Finance.


Reporting to the FP&A Lead, this is a high impact role supporting financial planning, performance reporting and commercial decision making across a large, complex ASX listed environment.


You’ll be hands on across budgeting, forecasting and month end reporting, while delivering meaningful insights that influence business performance. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll move beyond traditional reporting to analyse drivers, challenge assumptions and support strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budget and periodic reforecasting processes
  • Deliver accurate and timely Board and departmental reporting
  • Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to support planning, modelling and decision making
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Contribute to ERP transformation and system improvement initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and outputs

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial or management accounting
  • Big 4 or mid tier audit background (highly regarded)
  • Experience working in a large or complex environment (ASX exposure desirable)
  • Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modelling
  • Exposure to ERP and planning systems (SAP S/4HANA or SAC highly regarded)
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised and solutions focused approach
