About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our technology transformation — shaping and operating enterprise platforms across cloud, data centres, warehouses, and stores.

You’ll help drive platform engineering, modern DevOps practices, and continuous improvement, while supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Azure | AWS | GCP | Terraform | GitHub | Azure DevOps | Cloudflare | Apigee | .NET | Node.js — with plenty more to come.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and deliver solutions across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem environments
  • Build and improve infrastructure, platforms, and tooling
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform performance
  • Drive incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Champion DevOps culture and best practices
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
  • Mentor and support engineers across the business
  • Continuously improve systems, processes, and ways of working

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in DevOps and knows what works in real-world environments
  • Strong in cloud engineering (Azure preferred)
  • Confident with CI/CD and source control tools
  • Curious and always learning new technologies
  • Passionate about mentoring and sharing knowledge

 

Bonus if you bring experience in:

  • Platform engineering and reusable systems

  • Observability and proactive monitoring

  • Cloud security best practices

  • Software engineering fundamentals

  • Networking (DNS, firewalls, routing)

  • VMware, Windows, and on-prem infrastructure
