About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support and improve our data, reporting, and insights capability. Reporting to the Data Analytics & Insight Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable analytics and clear reporting that helps guide digital strategy, marketing performance, and customer experience decisions. You’ll oversee tracking and measurement frameworks, ensure data quality and compliance, and turn complex data into practical insights for stakeholders. This role suits someone who combines strong technical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and contribute to better business decision-making across the organisation.
Roles Responsibilities
- Develop the digital analytics and insights function, delivering clear, actionable reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Oversee website tracking and measurement frameworks (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Translate website and customer data into insights that inform digital strategy, user experience, and product improvements.
- Analyse digital marketing performance across paid, organic, email, and social channels to drive optimisation and ROI.
- Maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and data standards.
- Support customer data integration to improve segmentation, personalisation, and customer lifetime value analysis.
- Lead tagging and measurement strategies to ensure scalable and business-aligned analytics implementation.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Enable advanced analytics through platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
About You
- At least 3+ years’ experience in a digital analyst role. Working at agency/publisher side preferred
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and digital tracking frameworks.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
- Proficient with SQL and experience with cloud databases
- Proficient with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing/advertising platforms and metrics
