Our Store Operations & Support team is currently seeking a Sales Data Analyst to work at our Head Office in Preston.
About the role
The primary focus of this role as a Sales Data Analyst is to assist in running and analysing reports for internal stakeholders, providing critical insights to support informed decision-making. Additionally, the role includes delivering training and analytical support to the department and other stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to drive sales performance.
Please note, this role is full-time in the office 5 days a week, our office is located in Preston.
Role Responsibilities
- Create Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly Stock Management reports as detailed by Store Operations & Support Manager
- Communicate reports as appropriate to Buyers and/or stakeholders and action any changes as requested
- Communicate reports as appropriate to Stores and monitor completion
- Ad hoc reports for other teams and stakeholders as needed
- Respond to questions from stores/other stakeholders about stock management and/or out of stock procedure
About You
- At least 1 years’ experience with the CW Retail Group or in the field of Reporting and Analysis
- Familiarity with My Retail Manager Reporting systems as well as strong knowledge of current ordering procedures at store level
- Sound problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
- Good IT Skills, including intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel Skills as well as the ability to pick up new programs quickly
- Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask
- A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results
