Job Description
About the Role
Working as part of a fun and supportive P&C Services team, the Recruitment Administrators primary focus will be to provide P&C administration and support for our store owners and employees. The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with other administrators to deliver a range of administrative services provided by the P&C function.
- Accurate generation and processing of employment related documentation using our SAP system;
- Responding to general telephone and email queries in a timely manner and escalating when necessary
- Following up outstanding paperwork to ensure compliance
- Maintaining our internal databases to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
- Conducting employment screening checks to ensure compliance
- Acting as the first point of contact for our store network
Skills and Experience
You are an administration superstar who loves organisation and order. You are very content doing administrative work and get enormous satisfaction from helping others. You are highly motivated and able to use good judgement in responding to issues. You love working in a fast-paced environment that requires you to manage multiple tasks at a time. You're a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues.
In addition, the successful applicant will have:
- Strong experience working as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A strong customer service ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships
- Well-rounded intermediate PC skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and multitask and be highly organised
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment
- A level of autonomy and know when to escalate an issue
