About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Care Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead and support the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) accreditation process across the Sigma Healthcare network of pharmacies helping our pharmacies deliver the highest standards of care.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with QCPP standards, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. From coordinating the development and review of policies and procedures, to providing hands-on guidance to pharmacies, you’ll ensure our teams are well-equipped to achieve and maintain accreditation.

Role Responsibilities
- 
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a business-wide quality system that meets the Australian Community Pharmacy Standard (AS 85000:2024) and QCPP requirements. 
- 
Coordinate and support QCPP accreditation processes across all CW Retail pharmacies, ensuring each site achieves and maintains compliance. 
- 
Partner with management to prepare pharmacies for accreditation, monitor progress, and manage any required remedial actions. 
- 
Drive continuous improvement by analysing assessment outcomes, developing action plans, and leading the implementation of improvement initiatives. 
- 
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines, in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure consistency and compliance. 
- 
Provide practical advice, training, and communication to pharmacy teams to strengthen understanding of accreditation standards and promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance. 
About You
- 
You have experience in Community Pharmacy and a genuine passion for delivering quality patient care. 
- 
You have a strong understanding of accreditation standards and pharmacy compliance requirements. 
- 
You’re known for your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence in everything you do. 
- 
You’re highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping projects on track. 
- 
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action. 
- 
You’re confident using technology, with excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills. 
- 
You’re a clear and confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. 
- 
Experience with QCPP accreditation or auditing and compliance will be highly regarded, but not essential — we’ll support you to learn and grow in the role.
