Despite recent global challenges, Chemist Warehouse has continued to grow and evolve. As part of our next phase of expansion, we are seeking a Property Services – Lease Administrator to join our Property Services team at our Preston Head Office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Property Services team, this role is responsible for the accurate administration and compliance of lease agreements across the portfolio. You will play a key role in managing lease-related payments, maintaining lease data and supporting internal and external stakeholders to ensure obligations are met in a timely and compliant manner
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the lease management database, including retrieval and analysis of lease data

Process lease-related payments, including rent, outgoings and adjustments

Allocate, reconcile and review rental charges and leasing costs

Analyse and reconcile outgoings, including managing disputes where required

Review lease agreements to identify tenancy, insurance and compliance requirements

Liaise with internal stakeholders including Accounts and Finance teams regarding payments, audits and reporting

Coordinate with insurers to ensure lease insurance obligations are met

Manage landlord correspondence and lease-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide general administrative support, including managing calls, emails, correspondence and diary records
About You
You are a detail-oriented and proactive administrator who enjoys working with numbers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally bring:

Previous experience in accounting, accounts administration or finance (highly regarded)

Exposure to property administration or commercial leases (advantageous)

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

High-level organisational and time management capabilities

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
