About the role

The Property Administration role is primarily responsible for processing utility related payments, administration of any other utility related enquiries.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Reviewing various contracts to verify the electricity charges
  • Maintaining utility meter database and retrieving data
  • Processing utility payments
  • Allocating, reconciling, and adjusting utility payments
  • Liaise with Account Department and other key stakeholders regards utility payments.
  • Liaise with Finance Department regards auditing requirements
  • Liaise with landlords in relation to utility requirement
  • Liaise with utility suppliers and third-party brokers with move in and out requests and any billing or payment enquiries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with building team regards move in and move out process, including installing sub
  • Administration responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence, recording diary notes.

The ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in accounting highly regarded
  • Previous exposure to property administration or commercial leases advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Progen software highly regarded
  • Demonstrated strong mathematical skills.
  • Demonstrated high-level administration and organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, preferably Excel
  • Work within a fast-paced environment demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate initiative drive and self-motivation in new situations and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
