About the role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the onboarding of our Managing Partners and Franchisees. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating communication, documentation, and timelines across multiple departments.

 

You’ll be responsible for gathering and managing all required information and documentation through various systems, keeping internal teams and partners informed every step of the way. This includes scheduling and attending meetings with key stakeholders to ensure onboarding activities and project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for new Managing Partners and Franchisees, ensuring timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to align resources, documentation and priorities to support smooth onboarding delivery.

  • Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting and scheduling to assist the broader Business Development team.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and overall onboarding experience.

About You

▪ Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
▪ Proven capacity to successfully complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
▪ Capable of meeting deadlines and working within daily time constraints.
▪ Solid track record demonstrating sound professional judgment in handling confidential information.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; coupled with a professional telephone etiquette approach.
▪ Adept at general administrative tasks such as budgeting, data entry, and word processing.
▪ Proven track record for building effective business relationships and multi stakeholder engagement.
▪ Good working knowledge of general IT and Computer systems.
