Key Responsibilities

 

MAINTAINING INFORMATION IN PIMS

  • Create new stockcards for New Lines
  • Update information for lines already loaded with in PIMS
  • Assist and respond to stores product issues
  • Run reports to find gaps with information loaded in PIMS to make sure information is aligned
  • Work with the Stock and Product Management Manager & Coordinator, as well as IT department to develop and improve PIMS   

 

REPORTING

  • Run a combination of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Database Maintenance Reports
  • Run a combination of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Wholesaler Reports

 

General Responsibilities

  • Provide quality information to the Stock & Product Management Manager in all areas of responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to other members of the team in performance of their roles and responsibilities
  • As and when required, undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management.
  • Act in accordance with all policies, procedures practices and guidelines in the performance of accountabilities
  • Take all reasonable care for their own and others safety and wellbeing while at work.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Sound problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel Skills as well as the ability to pick up new programs quickly
  • Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results
