The Learning & Organisational Development team is responsible for building the capability, leadership and organisational effectiveness required to deliver Sigma Healthcare's strategic ambitions. Partnering across the business to design and deliver initiatives spanning organisational development, change, leadership development, talent, capability, culture and inclusion.

As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll have the opportunity to work on enterprise-wide initiatives that directly influence how our organisation is structured, how our leaders lead and how our teams perform.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, this role plays a critical part in shaping how Sigma evolves through growth, transformation and change.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence organisational outcomes while bringing practical OD solutions to life.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and lead organisation design initiatives, including structures, role design and workforce planning approaches.
  • Design and implement capability frameworks, career pathways and organisational development tools that enhance performance and growth.
  • Drive change management activities that support transformation, adoption and sustainable ways of working.
  • Partner with People & Culture teams to ensure consistency and governance across organisational design and development initiatives.
  • Support integration, merger and transformation activities through strong OD expertise and stakeholder partnerships.
  • Translate our values, leadership expectations and inclusion commitments.

  • Significant experience in Organisational Development, Organisation Design, Change Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in large, complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong diagnostic and consulting skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into practical outcomes.
  • Experience supporting transformation, organisational change, mergers or integration programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing capabilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to own initiatives from concept through to implementation.
