About The Role
Sitting within the Digital & E-Commerce team and reporting to the Group Manager - Marketplace, this role plays a key part in supporting the ongoing success and growth of the Marketplace initiative. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders the Operations Administrator will ensure that data and details regarding sellers and listings is maintained and updated. Your key focus will be assisting in day to day operational enquires with a strong focus on customer satisfaction by supporting our internal customer service team and sellers with customer support queries.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Marketplace Team with daily tasks
- Support with customer service queries related to Marketplace product sales
- Work with our internal customer service team as well as sellers to facilitate refunds or returns
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on onboarding products
- Maintain clean and clear data for Marketplace listings
- Responsible for upkeep of Seller database
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance in product information across site
- Maintain clear and accurate records of seller communications and listings
- Work collaboratively with the Marketplace team to understand requirements for each seller and listing
- Support the team in preparing and reviewing documentation
- Any additional task required to support the Marketplace team

Proven experience in an administrative role, supporting day-to-day operations

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy

Clear and confident written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
