Primary Focus

The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are:
a. To maintain and develop Click & Collect and Fast Delivery programs for Chemist Warehouse Retail Group to grow sales.

Reporting directly to the Store Operations & Support Manager, the incumbent will need to ensure all responsibilities are completed successfully and delivered in line with business requirements


The person must be comfortable with:
▪ Reporting and analysing data to ensure growth of the program, as well as communicating this data to all relevant parties
▪ Training staff on the programs out in store and over phone
▪ Building lasting relationships that can be relied on to help bolster our reputation internally & externally
▪ Working and liaising with people from a diverse range of multicultural backgrounds

Key responsibilities

▪ Responsible for overseeing the Click & Collect and Fast Delivery services through monitoring the system
▪ Maintaining the Click & Collect and Fast Delivery mailbox to assist stores
▪ Compiling data and analysing trends in sales and revenue through Click & Collect on a weekly basis
▪ Liaising with external Delivery Partners
▪ Assisting in the rollout of new business initiatives

▪ Creating training guides for store use
▪ Maintenance of the department’s documents on the VPN for store access
▪ Making and receiving calls to/from stores to assist with Click & Collect/Fast Delivery enquiries
▪ Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and owners with regards to the Click & Collect & Fast Delivery service

Qualifications and Experience

▪ Customer service skills
▪ Strong IT Skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel Skills such as
          -Create & Analyse tables
          -Data analysis & Validation
          -Extensive use of formulas
▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Access as well as the ability to pick up new software easily
▪ Knowledge of Click and Collect program ideal

We have a hybrid working arrangement, so you'll need to be based in Melbourne. Our office is in Preston.
