Functional responsibilities

  • Oversaw Click & Collect, Fast Delivery, and Omni services by monitoring system performance

  • Managed the Click & Collect mailbox, providing support and assistance to stores

  • Compiled and analysed weekly data on sales and revenue across Click & Collect, Fast Delivery, and Omni services to identify trends and insights

  • Supported the rollout of new business initiatives, including Omni services

  • Developed training guides and resources for store use

  • Maintained departmental documents on MyWeb to ensure easy access for stores

  • Handled inbound and outbound calls with stores to resolve Click & Collect, Fast Delivery, and Omni enquiries

  • Built and maintained strong relationships with stakeholders and store owners regarding Click & Collect, Fast Delivery, and Omni operations

General responsibilities

  • Provided accurate and timely information to the Store Projects Manager across all areas of responsibility

  • Supported team members in the performance of their roles and responsibilities

  • Ensured compliance with all company policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines in carrying out accountabilities

  • Took reasonable care to maintain personal safety and the safety and wellbeing of others in the workplace

  • Undertook additional projects or activities as directed by management, as required

Qualifications and experience

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel:

    • Creating and analysing tables

    • Data analysis and validation

    • Extensive use of formulas

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software

  • Experience with Click & Collect programs (highly regarded)
