About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Office & Marketing Support Team Leader to oversee a small team and ensure the smooth running of our office and operational activities. This role is pivotal in supporting a wide range of internal functions, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 4–5 staff, providing clear direction, support, and coaching.
  • Oversee daily warehouse and logistics functions including pick, pack, receiving, and despatch.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as email correspondence, computer/phone maintenance, and office systems.
  • Act as a key point of contact between multiple teams including Owners, Media, Marketing, PR, Retail, SOS, Ultra Beauty, Community & Engagement, Buyers, and Events.
  • Maintain office operations including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs/handyman tasks, and supporting office moves or department setups.
  • Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of company cars and wellness truck.
  • Hold and utilize a Forklift Licence for warehouse operations.
  • Manage deliveries and postage, including liaising with Australia Post, receiving parcels, and distributing items to staff or departments.
  • Support events and activations by accepting, checking, and organizing returned/catalogue stock.
  • Provide assistance to the staff shop team with stock handling as required.
  • Support the Events team in preparing and setting up for charity events.
  • Assist Directors with both work-related and occasional personal tasks.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required to meet deadlines or support events.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Mobile Dock, and general computer literacy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to remain flexible, adaptable, and professional under pressure.

Qualifications and Requirments

  • Previous experience in office, operations, or warehouse management (highly desired).
  • Valid Forklift Licence (essential).
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, logistics, and team management.
  • A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to support the business in a wide variety of tasks.
