Title: Learning & Development Officer
About the opportunity
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Administration Officer to join our team and help deliver high-quality training and compliance support across our organisation and franchise network.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Administration Manager, you’ll coordinate training programs with external providers, support learners throughout their journey, and assist with compliance activities including the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP). You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring training records are accurate and up to date.
The primary responsibilities within the role will include:
- Administering training programs with RTOs, government bodies, and external providers.
- Supporting franchisees with QCPP assessment requirements and compliance activities.
- Providing learner support from enrolment to completion, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Maintaining training records and assist with LMS administration, reporting, and system support.
- Coordinating training logistics including venues, resources, and scheduling.
- Ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection standards.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in training administration, customer service, or community pharmacy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Australian Apprenticeships and vocational training processes (highly regarded).
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
