About the Role 

This is an excellent opportunity for a first mover from Big 4 or mid-tier audit to step into a commercial FP&A role within a high-performing Group Finance team. 

 

Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, you’ll gain broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering — driving financial insight and supporting performance across multiple divisions. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting the annual budget process and periodic forecasting cycles 
  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly Board and Departmental reports 
  • Partnering with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights 
  • Developing financial models, KPI dashboards and ad hoc analysis 
  • Contributing to strategic projects and continuous process improvements 

 

About You 

You’re a motivated finance professional with strong technical foundations in audit or financial reporting, ready to make your first move into industry. You’re analytical, detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills. 

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business 
  • CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) 
  • 3+ years’ experience in audit or financial reporting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm) 
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
