About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a first mover from Big 4 or mid-tier audit to step into a commercial FP&A role within a high-performing Group Finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, you’ll gain broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering — driving financial insight and supporting performance across multiple divisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the annual budget process and periodic forecasting cycles
- Preparing accurate and timely monthly Board and Departmental reports
- Partnering with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Developing financial models, KPI dashboards and ad hoc analysis
- Contributing to strategic projects and continuous process improvements
About You
You’re a motivated finance professional with strong technical foundations in audit or financial reporting, ready to make your first move into industry. You’re analytical, detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
- 3+ years’ experience in audit or financial reporting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
