About the role
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Ecommerce Program Manager. The role will be responsible for supporting the overarching digital transformation of the Ecommerce team and accountable for supporting the delivery of project work for Digital Delivery Team. They are to collaborate with various stakeholders and business units across the organisation to identify, articulate and formalise business requirements, planning, project roadmaps, project teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation and end-end delivery of key program sub-streams and/or projects, to support overall delivery of key digital transformation programs (projects and BAU):
- On time
- In budget
- To quality
- For key program streams/projects allocated for delivery:
- Create and maintain all key project management artefacts to support stream delivery (i.e., Schedule, Action Register, Risk register, Decision log, Deliverables tracker, Project Reporting etc.).
- Run and facilitate key meetings (e.g., stand-ups, check-in’s, workshops etc.) to support delivery of peer and stakeholder delivery tasks.
- Manage and lead risk management of delivery, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Lead updates to Senior Management, stakeholders, and project teams when relevant.
- Support overall project commercials, supporting lead on contract negotiations, contract and vendor management, financial management (invoicing and payments) and budget management reporting.
- Support overall project reporting (e.g., board and steering committee reports, test management reports, communication reports etc.).
- Contribute to and provide support in the execution of overall change management and communication strategy.
- Contribute to and support overall project co-ordination, for both project and BAU – i.e., provide support on any key items delegated from the Senior Manager, Ecommerce Program Manager to support overall delivery of digital programs.
