About the role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the key contact between the Digital & Ecommerce team and our Supplier Partners. You will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship and digital campaign management of one of our key Supplier Partners. This will involve, planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results for both our business & the supplier. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, supplier management, and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for driving digital marketing success for businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key supplier relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for Supplier, managing expectations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with key supplier to define their digital marketing objectives and KPIs and track progress towards those goals, providing regular WIPs with reporting and analysis.
- Work with key supplier to strategise and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to supplier goals, including Paid Search, Social and Programmatic, as well as Chemist Warehouse Retail Media including Onsite Retail Media, Email Marketing and more.
- Manage day-to-day optimisation of digital media campaigns.
- Analyse, interpret and deliver performance report summaries using a variety of tools available to you including Looker, Power BI and GA4.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance web presence, increase traffic, and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data, UX, social & PR, buyers and more, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
To Be Successful in This Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a similar Digital Marketing, Campaign Management or Activations role.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing across social, google and programmatic.
- Experience on tools such as GA4, Google Ads, DV360, SA360 and Meta Business Manager.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how digital marketing fits into broader business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in FMCG or Health & Beauty sectors is a plus
