About the team
The Digital Marketing Department is responsible for activating onsite and offsite media campaigns on behalf of our broad supplier network. The team’s primary objectives are to grow supplier revenue and marketing profitability via high performing conversion-led digital campaigns, ultimately driving sales revenue both online and in-store.

 

About the role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Brand Specialist manages the in-house campaign strategy and execution, driving strategic media initiatives and collaborating closely with the internal eCommerce team and other internal channel owners. This role will oversee in-house digital activations across search, social, display media, and managing multi-channel campaigns, including onsite activations.

 

Role responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of In-House campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with Suppliers and Digital Partnerships Specialists, with the objective of driving incremental revenue for the business.
  • Oversee In-House campaign strategy and implementation of digital marketing plans tailored to campaign objectives, across Paid Search, Social and Programmatic, as well as Retail Media.
  • Work with key Suppliers to encourage opt-in to in-house campaigns. This includes developing sell-in packs, communicating directly with suppliers and reporting back on campaign results and insights.
  • Analyse, interpret and deliver performance report summaries using a variety of tools available to you including Looker, Power BI and GA4, with the objective of enhancing future campaign performance.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance web presence, increase traffic, and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data, UX, social, public relations, buyers and more, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage digital budgets, supplier relationships, agency coordination, SAP and finance administration, and monthly Google invoicing.
  • Develop Creative Asset Briefs (CABs), campaign calendars, marketing execution plans, digital WIP trackers and UTM governance.
  • Manage the Sigma Connect B2B platform by uploading supplier marketing campaigns in line with the promotional schedule, conducting UAT, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You’re an experienced digital marketing professional who brings:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
  • More than six years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management or activations.
  • Professional experience within the healthcare industry, with exposure to FMCG or health and beauty categories highly regarded.
  • Confidence developing digital strategies and presenting campaign insights and recommendations to suppliers.
  • A strong understanding of the digital landscape and a genuine interest in emerging technologies and trends.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to confidently take ownership of your work.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
