Title: Digital Activation Specialist
About the team
The Digital Marketing Department is responsible for activating onsite and offsite media campaigns on behalf of our
broad supplier network. The team’s primary objectives are to grow supplier revenue and marketing profitability via high
performing conversion-led digital campaigns, ultimately driving sales revenue both online and in-store.
About the role
In this role, you’ll work closely with suppliers and brand partners to bring high-impact digital campaigns to life. You’ll plan, optimise and execute conversion-led activations across offsite channels, including paid search, social and display media, with a focus on reaching the right audiences and driving quality traffic to our website.
Combining commercial thinking with a strong understanding of digital media, you’ll continuously optimise campaign performance to maximise ecommerce revenue and deliver meaningful results for our brand partners.
Role responsibilities
Offsite Campaign Activation
- Lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of paid digital campaigns across search, social and display.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive stronger results.
- Partner with Digital Account Managers, Ad Ops, agencies and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues and communicate progress to relevant teams.
- Analyse campaign results and translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Drive digital innovation through ongoing testing and optimisation.
Optimisation & Performance
- Review digital marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and customer experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the retail media offering and digital roadmap.
- Improve campaign activation processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and benchmarking across offsite activity.
Commercial Growth
- Identify opportunities to grow retail media revenue and supplier engagement.
- Partner with commercial teams to increase supplier adoption of digital marketing solutions.
- Champion new digital capabilities and share best practice across the business.
Who are we looking for?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 3+ years experience in a performance marketing role
- Experience working with performance marketing platforms like Meta, Google & TikTok
- Confident in creating digital strategy and presenting insights to Suppliers
- Understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to learn about emerging technologies
- A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results
- Hands on practical approach
