About the role
This exciting role located in our head office in Preston, focuses on managing a diverse portfolio of suppliers, driving strategic media initiatives, and collaborating closely with the internal digital team. The successful candidate will execute digital activations across search, social, and display media, while managing multi-channel campaigns, including onsite activations. Reporting directly to the Digital Activations Lead, the role requires the individual to ensure the successful completion and delivery of all responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building strong, reliable relationships to enhance our reputation and will excel in working with and liaising across diverse multicultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing paid media campaigns across paid search, social & programmatic.
- Oversee and lead the planning, optimisation and reporting of all paid campaigns alongside Digital Account Managers.
- Continually identifying optimisation opportunities to drive performance improvements across channels.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Leading digital innovation and driving a robust testing framework.
Technical:
- Collaborate with AdOps and Agency teams on campaign set up.
- Track, measure and analyse early post-campaign activities and troubleshoot as required.
- Communicate campaign status to Account Management teams.
- Analyse, interpret and deliver performance report summaries using a variety of tools available to you (Looker, Power BI, GA4, etc.).
To Be Successful in This Role:
- 3+ years’ experience in managing paid media campaigns, working with Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads.
- Programmatic Trading Experience is preferred.
- Experience working on Looker studio and GA4.
- Solid understanding of ad networks, exchanges, or auction marketplaces
- Confident in creating digital strategy and presenting insights to clients.
- Understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
