The opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Officer to join our Finance team at Head Office. This role plays a key part in supporting Accounts Payable and the broader finance function through accurate, timely processing of high-volume data.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- High-volume data validation within digital and manual workflows
- Accurate and timely manual data entry across finance and business systems
- Reviewing, sorting and verifying incoming data prior to processing
- Allocating data to the correct business units and ensuring GST is recorded correctly
- Uploading, scanning and maintaining supporting documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
- Supporting the wider finance and administration team with ad-hoc tasks as required
About you
- Previous experience in data entry, accounts processing or a high-volume administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Experience using accounting, ERP or similar business systems
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A proactive, team-focused approach and a genuine “can-do” attitude
