Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data validation within automated and manual workflows
- Complete accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Verify, compile and process incoming data
- Allocate entries to the correct Business Units and record GST accurately
- Upload, scan and maintain supporting documentation
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Finance, Stores, DCs and other business units
About You
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in data entry, accounts processing or high-volume admin
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage repetitive work with speed and consistency
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Availability to start immediately
