We’re looking for a Corporate Counsel with a commercial mindset and broad legal experience to support our growth.
This is a hands-on, business-facing in-house legal role where you’ll work across commercial contracts, leasing, regulatory compliance, and consumer law, partnering with senior stakeholders across property, marketing, operations, and governance.
About the opportunity
As a Corporate Counsel - Commercial, the role will involve:
- Providing legal support across commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, leasing, sponsorship, and logistics
- Advising on compliance with healthcare regulations, including TGA, PBS, and pharmacy ownership laws
- Providing consumer law advice relating to advertising, promotions, product claims, and customer experience
- Supporting contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management across the organisation
- Working with the Governance and Compliance teams on policy, training, and regulatory matters
- Maintaining and improving legal templates and support internal education on legal processes
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and experience.
- 5+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law
- Solid grounding in consumer law, commercial contracting, and experience with leasing viewed favourably
- Familiarity with or interest in healthcare and therapeutic goods regulation
- Clear, confident communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement
- Practical, commercially aligned legal advice with attention to risk and opportunity
- Admitted to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate
