Following the merger of Sigma Healthcare and Chemist Warehouse, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth as a Top 50 ASX listed organisation. 

As part of this evolution, we’re expanding our Commercial Finance function and, for the first time, establishing a dedicated portfolio partnering closely with our Marketing and Merchandise teams. This portfolio will support some of the most commercially critical areas of the business, including trading performance, promotions, margin optimisation and key investment decisions. 

This newly formed team will sit within Commercial Finance and be led by the Head of Commercial Finance. 

We’re now recruiting across multiple levels as we build this function.

The Roles 

• Finance Manager 

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver sharp, insight led analysis that lifts trading performance and optimises margin and investment outcomes. You’ll lead and develop a team of analysts and play a hands on role in shaping how commercial finance partners with Marketing and Merchandise. 

• Senior Financial Analyst 

Partnering closely with Commercial, Merchandise and Marketing leaders, you’ll provide sharp financial insight to support key business decisions. You’ll deliver high quality analysis across trading performance, margin, promotions and marketing investment, while playing a hands on role in month end, forecasting and performance reporting. 

• Finance Analyst 

You’ll play a hands on role supporting the Merchandise team with day to day commercial finance activities. Partnering closely with Buyers and finance leaders, you’ll deliver analysis across trading performance, margin and rebates, while owning key month end processes and rebate governance.
