Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Business Development team and support the growth of our commercial and export operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong relationship management and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver exceptional service.

In this role, you’ll manage and support bulk order processing through our Commercial (B2B) platform, coordinating relationships between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. You’ll collaborate closely with departments across the business — including Buying, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Customer Service — to ensure smooth operations and uphold our high standards of efficiency and service delivery.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager – Business Development, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving commercial workflows, data accuracy, and client satisfaction across our growing portfolio of corporate and export clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and support bulk order processing through the Commercial platform.

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate and export clients, including aged care facilities, hospitals, schools, charities, and internal retail stores.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, supply chain, and stores to ensure efficient and timely order fulfilment.

  • Ensure all products comply with buyer approvals and commercial pricing standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records, client information, and product data using internal systems.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing to meet client needs while supporting company objectives.

  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Commercial platform and related processes.

  • Uphold workplace health and safety standards in line with company policy.

About You

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and liaising with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
