About the opportunity:

We are seeking a candidate to assist with the Profectus user training, support the Profectus Audit Process, and facilitate the end-to-end claim generation process by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Sales & Claims Data Analytics Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion and delivery of all assigned tasks. The ideal person will be comfortable with reporting and analyzing claims, building strong, lasting relationships to enhance our reputation, and working with a diverse range of individuals from various multicultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Profectus users in creating error free agreements, updating information in existing agreements, managing claims, etc.
  • Assisting in “Group User Trainings” and conducing “One-on-One” trainings with users, as required.
  • Updating the “Flowcharts” periodically with most up-to-date information.
  • Creating and sending periodic reports to the stakeholders (ex. Monthly Agreements Report & Monthly Claims Approval report).
  • Provide Distributor breakdown reports to Suppliers, when requested.
  • Assisting in Profectus audit process by validating missing claims.
  • Assisting Senior Claims Management Analyst in completing any ad-hoc requests from Stakeholders and resolving any process issues.

General Responsibilities

▪ Provide quality information to the Sales & Claims Data Analytics – Team Lead in all areas of responsibilities

▪ Provide assistance and support to other members of the team in performance of their roles and responsibilities

▪ As and when required, undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management.

▪ Act in accordance with all policies, procedures practices and guidelines in the performance of accountabilities

▪ Take all reasonable care for their own and others safety and wellbeing while at work.

Experience and skills

▪ 1-2 years of experience within CW Retail Group or in the field of Rebate management is strongly preferred.

▪ Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel expertise preferred.

▪ Experience in the field of analytics or business is a plus.

▪ Qualification(s) in the field of Business / Analytics / Statistics / Finance is desirable but not mandatory for a person with a passion to learn and take up new challenges
