About the Role
We are currently looking for a Catalogue Production Specialist to join our team and help shape category content for our Chemist Warehouse and My Chemist brands. Reporting directly to the Catalogue Production Manager, you will manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring catalogues are delivered on time and with precision. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with Buyers, Designers, Compliance Teams, and key stakeholders to ensure catalogue spreads are production-ready and meet quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop category content plans for CW brands.
- Oversee all stages of catalogue production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless workflow management.
- Ensure timely processing, review, and approval of files and proofs for printing.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and organize copy corrections, artwork, and photography assets.
- Coordinate sign-offs and approvals with relevant teams.
- Assist in developing catalogue theme concepts and layout adjustments.
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Apply quality control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of print production and content lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and solve problems proactively.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proactive team player with a service-minded attitude.
- Reliable, committed, and able to build lasting relationships.
