Primary Focus

 

Reporting directly to the Store Operations & Support Senior Manager – Operations the incumbent will need to ensure all responsibilities are completed successfully and delivered 

The person must be comfortable with:

  • Working quickly and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
  • Building lasting relationships that can be relied on to help bolster our reputation
  • Working and liaising with people from a diverse range of multicultural backgrounds

Role Responsibilities

  • Request and Collate Black & White information from buyers and communicate to stores
  • Add Splits for Buyers into Black & White and communicate to stores
  • Load monthly Catalogues, House of Wellness, Major sales and Promotions for all banners
  • Create all MRM and MyWeb sign files for IVE by requested date
  • Correct and record all catalogue errors & communicate changes to stores
  • Create Catalogue order files for stores
  • Load all documents as Mycomms Tasks and on MyWeb for stores to access
  • Ensure Mycomms Tasks and on MyWeb files are current
  • Request and Collate Compliance Calendar info from buyers
  • Communicate to stores by due date
  • Maintain Promotions Calendar
  • Complete & develop Prepare & Execute guides for stores
  • Maintain & update how to guides

Teamwork and relationships

  • Work closely with other departments, primarily buying and marketing, to deliver exceptional services across the business
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stores, DCs, departments and their management and staff
  • Demonstrate teamwork and foster good communication with departmental/ functional colleagues as well as other staff and management
  • Promote and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Work closely with third party technicians and support personnel 

Qualifications and experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Highly organised and with an ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make major decisions
  • A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results
  • Good general IT and Computer skills
