About the team

The Store Operations & Support (SOS) Department ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of all stores. It supports store teams by coordinating operational procedures, resolving issues, monitoring performance, managing resources, and maintaining company standards. The department acts as a key link between stores and head office, helping deliver consistent service, compliance, productivity, and excellent customer experience.

About the role

The Catalogue & Merchandising Coordinator makes sure product details, prices and promotions are correct and shared with stores on time. The role helps stores prepare for promotions, reduces errors, solves issues and supports better customer experience and stronger sales

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogue information across relevant systems and materials.
  • Review and verify promotional pricing, dates and product details to ensure accuracy before launch.
  • Coordinate promotional launches across all stores to support consistent and timely implementation.
  • Provide store teams with clear, accurate and timely information regarding catalogue and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Supply Chain and IT to coordinate catalogue and promotional requirements.
  • Ensure all promotional materials are accurate, complete and available to stores within required timeframes.
  • Monitor promotional activities and respond promptly to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Review store compliance with promotional requirements and follow up on any identified issues.
  • Track promotional results and prepare accurate and timely reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements to catalogue and promotional processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Ideally, a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or retail industry.
  • Experience in catalogue management, promotions, retail operations or administration.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
