Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and solutions focused Cafe All-Rounder to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. This role is a casual position with the view to go into a permanent position. Your responsibilities in this role, include but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities

Adding new foods/ideas to the Canteen menu/specials list
Cash handling and customer service
Checking stock for expiry dates
Cleaning kitchen area
Ensuring all required products are available
Making coffees
Ordering stock, stacking/replenishing (SomeHeavy lifting involved)
Preparing, cooking hot foods
Serving food, beverages
Taking pre orders for lunch

Skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Attention to detail
Customer service experience
Previous Barista experience is essential for this role
Previous Canteen OR experience in a similar role is required

Physical Requirements

Repeat the same movements
Stand for long periods of time
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
