About the Role:

 

As a key member of our Call Centre Team in our Perth contact centre, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility as a Call Centre Operator will be to respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels, with a focus on phone support, along with email and web interactions.
 

No two days are the same in our busy & fast-paced environment, but your daily tasks will include:
 

•    Providing top-tier customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently.
•    Engaging with customers through phone, email, website, and social media, ensuring timely and clear communication.
•    Managing a range of customer queries, including online orders, product details, and service-related questions.
•    Following procedures to meet quality standards and ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal processes.
•    Meeting performance targets and KPIs to ensure we’re always delivering our best.
•    Completing administrative duties as needed.

About You:
 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to show us that you have:

•    At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a contact or call centre environment, retail or hospitality. 
•    A passion for meeting KPIs and working in a structured, goal-driven setting.
•    A professional and confident phone manner.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Proficiency with technology—Microsoft Suite is essential, and experience with Genesys is a plus.
•    A natural empathy for customers, with a respectful and values-driven approach to your work.
