Primary Focus
The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are:
- Coordinate and execute CRM marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and web push channels, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Support customer retention and personalisation strategies by leveraging data insights and lifecycle initiatives.
- Support CRM Marketing Program Lead in management of audience segmentation, reporting, and CRM database integrity to optimise campaign performance and support continuous improvement.
Reporting directly to CRM Marketing Program Lead, the incumbent will need to ensure all responsibilities are completed successfully and delivered.

Functional Responsibilities
STRATEGY AND COMPLIANCE
- Provide support to CRM Marketing Program Lead in developing CRM Marketing Program strategy & program, including ownership of content, contact planning (calendar), segmentation/audience, test & learn and supplier project strategy.
- Execution of BAU CRM program activities, including copywriting support, liaising with account managers to source/manage assets and supplier approvals.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of reporting processes and make actionable recommendations based on results and trends.
- Use CRM marketing platforms to prepare campaigns and workflows.
- Liaising with Marketing Compliance and Privacy team to ensure adherence to TGA regulations.
CUSTOMER RETENTION STRATEGY
- Support the execution of the customer retention strategy, by collaborating with appropriate teams.
- Supporting in the execution and reporting of campaign lifecycle strategy initiatives.
- Support customer retention, database and email revenue goals and targets to drive growth.
DIRECT MARKETING — EMAIL AND SMS
- Support CRM Marketing Program Lead in audience/segmentation and database management, including the development and execution of audience segmentation strategies across all digital owned channel platforms.
RESEARCH, INFORMATION AND ANALYSIS
- Support CRM !Vlarketing Program Lead in audience/segmentation and database management, including the development and execution of audience segmentation strategies across all digital owned channel platforms.
- Support the growth of the business CRM channels subscriber database and ensuring continual adherence to data hygiene best practice.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Organised with a high attention to detail
- Strong experience/understanding of the health, wellness and beauty retail sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Digital/Marketing qualifications or similar preferred
- Understanding & experience using digital design and marketing platforms highly desirable
- A drive to learn tangible skills in a data-driven marketing environment
