This role will help manage and coordinate daily brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies whilst also support our Brand Manager on various projects and initiatives
Role Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating campaign briefs across internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal and external creative agencies and track progress on creative campaigns and artwork ensuring schedules are on track
• Provide reporting and feedback to suppliers on a regular basis.
• Assists with reviewing and interpreting product and brand performance.
• Assist with project management of product, campaign, and brand launches, including creation of brand decks.
• Work closely with Cross functional teams across Performance, Promotions, Creative, Email, Content, Social, PR teams to deliver campaigns that engage our customers and drive top-line sales
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.
• Support our Brand Manager on projects
• Contribute to developing the vision and strategy for our brands, elevating our market presence and profitability.
• Assist in projects to enhance product pipelines and fund innovative launches, executing with precision and creativity
About you
• Desired 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong organisational, time management and project management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and across functions
• High attention to detail and proof-reading skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills, liaising with cross functional and senior stakeholders
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively and build solid working relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Passion for retail, consumer trends, and understanding of the Australian market landscape.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.
• Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.
• Experience writing detailed briefs.
