Job Description
Join a leading network of community pharmacies and help drive the delivery of high-quality aged care pharmacy services. We’re seeking an experienced Aged Care Pharmacy Services Manager to lead our operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management: Oversee the financial, operational, and professional delivery of aged care pharmacy services across CW Retail pharmacies. Lead a team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality services are compliant with pharmacy guidelines, legislation, and best practices. Work closely with the Manager Health Services to develop new services, improve existing ones, and stay ahead of emerging trends.

Business Development: Collaborate on strategies to expand market share, attract new clients, and enhance service offerings. Prepare service level agreements and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Technology & Innovation: Stay updated on DAA and EMM software systems (e.g. MyPak, BESTmed, MPS Connect), providing expertise on system integration and driving efficiencies.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to WHS policies, industry regulations, and accreditation standards, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with AHPRA General Registration.
- Proven experience in pharmacy management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Experience in aged care services and knowledge of DAA/EMM systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships.
