This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

Our store is large and busy, with a big storeroom and a “luxury Chemist Warehouse” feel! We are proud to be a GOLD level store and take pride in delivering excellent service while working together as a team.  

Our leadership team is supportive and approachable, and the workload is shared across all team members. This helps us maintain a positive, collaborative environment where everyone can contribute and feel valued! 

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like: 

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly 
• Assist customers with general queries 
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels 
• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system 
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions 

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously 
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy 
• Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn 
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders 
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
